1 pattern trading cBot

Hi,
i need someone to make a bot for me that can do this:

- only active within certain market hours (in my time zone)
- spots a simple engulfing(bodies only) pattern (inside the time period)
- enters a trade (limit order) a fixed pip distance away from the previous candle close, which completed the pattern
- chooses position size for each trade according to my formula 
- Maximum active orders at the same time : 1 BUY and 1 SELL 
- ignores and disregards all BUY signals while there is still 1 buy position live. same for SELL trades
- If Price moves a defined (pip-)distance away from previous candle close, without the order getting filled, cancel the order and move on

After Entry: 
- a certain time after the pattern is completed, if in profit -> close the trade 
- a certain time after the pattern is completed, if in loss -> move TakeProfit to a certain price 
- Only look for (and take) Trades in the opposite direction, until the previous trade is closed
- Send an E-Mail notification after getting filled on an entry (new active live trade)
