Simple Trade Managet cBot

Hi,

I am looking for a simple cBot that will manage trades that are filled and here are the rules:

1. Trades can be managed by ticket number or trade comment.
   1. Ticket number: Start and End. So if input is 1 and 4, it will manage trades 1 to 4
   2. Trade comment: if comment is "Breakout NYC" it will manage every order with that comment
2. Breakeven
   1. LockInPips: it will move SL to break even + lock in pips that were configured
   2. AddBreakEvent: Boolean that disables or enables this
3. Trailing Stop
   1. When price hits the pending order, it will start trailing the stop. If price moves in favor of the trade, the trailing stop will move in the very same amount the  price has moved (ie: price moved by one pip, TS moves by one pip)
   2. If price moves against the trade, SL will also move back. But, it will never move past the OpenPrice or, if Breakeven LockInPips was configured, it will never move passed OpenPrice + LockInPIps

For the sake of simplicity, this cBot is to manage only the currency pair it gets applied to.

Also, another requirement for this job is that the developer is to use as little as he can of cTrader specific API. It needs to be the most C#, cTrader independent possible. The reason, why I ask this, is because I will also port this cBot to the Apiary Fund Management, that is also C#, but follows an API closer to what MT4 is.
