Mesa Sinewave Indicator

MESA Sinewave Indicator by John Ehlers. 
Input Parameters:
1. Price The price (O-H-L-C) used to calculate the MESA Sine Wave.
2. Period The number of bars in the dominant cycle.

Output:
1. Sine Wave Displays the sine of the measured phase angle over time (Green).
2. Lead Wave Displays the sine of the phase angle advanced by 45 degrees (Blue).
3. Zero Line Zero level (Gray).
