Ctrader to Ctrader Local Trade Copier Bot

I need a ctrader copier that will be installed on a local PC
The Master instance and the slave instance will be running on the same Pc

Requirement:
1. Ability to copy pending orders, limit and stop orders from the master to the slave
2. copying latency less that 10 milliseconds
3. Ability to copy multiple orders (>=10) concurrently from master to slave
4.Ability to copy order from master to multiple slaves
5.Ability to set the volume traded on the slave based on the volume coming from the Master
