Location: New York, USA (Hybrid Work Option)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote assistance.

Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.

Support IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, servers, and cloud environments.

Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and incident logs.

Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure compliance and data protection.

Assist in system upgrades, data backups, and patch management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, AWS, or Google Workspace).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.

Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.

Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
