Position Overview

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within assigned territories.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective customers.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of solutions.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology solutions.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
