Convert Custom cci and add alerts and arrow

Convert Custom cci from mt4 to calgo and add alerts at custom value cross up for buy signal and at custom value Cross downward signal For 1 tf to all (for example if i can set alerts setting when h1 , h4 give same signal or i can set when only h1 give a signal or i can add 3 tf(s) , 4tf(s) ...... or all ) . Plus i want Arrow of All time frames at custom value buy/sell.
