Cbot Straddle

I need a CBOT that place multiple Straddle with bid/ask values at the time planned.
Till 100 orders buy/sell stop limit.
Adjustable range order ( to avoid excessive slippage ).
Any order within a distance minimum of 0.1 pips. (1 decimal of pips)
Number of orders and distance must be programmable.
Close of the position after X seconds.
No stop loss or target profit.
Example : Buy  EURUSD 1.08340  - 1.08341  - 1.08342  and so on.
First Distance : The first buy/sell stop order from the bid/ask.
