cBot for changing only pending orders

Hi there, I‘m looking for someone that can create a cBot that changes the volume of lots on all the pending orders based on a % of the account balance. 

I risk 0.25% of my account with a fixed TP of 35 pips on all my orders with no SL, and I have more than 200 pending orders of 0.05, 0.04 or 0.03 lots depending on the pair, I want to be able to change the volume of lots on all those orders at once to 0.25% of my account as my balance grows. 

Would appreciate any help on this.
