Insidebar indikator with alerts

Here are my wishes for a insidebar indicator.
 

1) The mother bar is marked with 2 black dots and must make two horizontal lines on the inside bar and/or mother bar. (free choice). (I don`t use spikes)
2) The indicator must give an alert when: a= a new inside bar is formed and b) when the area is broken bullish or bearish. The alert symbol need to be: a) label and b) two black dots flash.
3) The alert must be able to be triggered in a) real time and b) close time

I do NOT pay in crypto.
