What do I want the TM to do?
News
Suspend Pending orders (an adjustable period in minutes) before the Red News, and keep it suspended for a period (an adjustable period in minutes). Once the duration of the suspension has ceased the pending trades that would have been affected by the news are closed and the pending trades that would not have been affected/triggered are re-established.
Close open trades before the Red News (adjustable period in minutes).
Choice of ON/OFF for this function
Close of Day (Close of New York Session)
Same as News… Suspend Pending orders (an adjustable period in minutes) before the Close of Day, and keep it suspended for a period (an adjustable period in minutes). Once the duration of the suspension has ceased the pending trades that would have been affected by the news are closed and the pending trades that would not have been affected/triggered are re-established.

Parameters of the Pending Trade
With each pending order, have a Trigger set (an adjustable distance in pips) before the entry price of the Pending Order.
This trigger is to cancel the Pending order if the trigger is reached without reaching the Entry Price and then moves to the pending Profit Target (this variable (profit target) could be adjusted (increased/decreased) by a percentage or pips).

Actions during the Active Trade
Once the entry price has been triggered, and if the price moves to a certain distance (an adjustable distance in pips and or percentage) towards the Profit Target, the Stop Loss will trigger to move to the Reaction Point. The Reaction Point is defined as the closest distance in price towards the original Stop Loss after the trade has been triggered.
