News Robot add ons

Hello everyone I am looking to add a few add ons to the News robot that is available on this forum.Below is what I would like to add, please let me know if anyone is interested in coding the changes for me and how much you will do the job for.

1. Each order must be able to have an option for a  "time stop" (close orders at + minutes)

2. Adjust the Minimum volume to 1 not 10000

3. Orders placed at specific times with option to repeat every (5, 15 , 30, 60 or at whatever minutes desired) and number of repeats for this option. Example at 10:15  orders are executed and repeat every 15 minutes and can repeat this process 6 times (or how many times desired) every 15 minutes.
4. At SL the market "reverses" with an option for double the orders or plus 1 from original orders waiting to be filled if market moves the other way. Example ...1 contract is going long and the market moves the other way and on SL 2 (or plus 1) contracts are filled going short. If orders on SL are filled then 4 ( or 3) contracts are waiting on the SL of those orders.. And etc
5. This needs to repeat until market moves out of this area. Must have an option for number of repeats for orders at SL
6. Orders at SL follow the same rules as original orders.. meaning TP , SL or time stops
7. All orders must have an option for break even at + pips (break even + pips to include commissions)
8. Old new orders at SL cancel when new orders are generated and filled because of the repeat after + minutes option
