simple HTTP POST function to use in cAlgo

the job is simple ...

create 2 functions that:

1. Build a JSON array to be sent via HTTPS
2. create a function that sends the data created along with authentication to a predefined URL
   (plenty of example code out there just copy&paste)

• the function needs to be called with 2 parameters var Icon, var text-to-display
• the HTTP Endpoint is defined here: https://lametric-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference-docs/device-notifications.html
• the notification//REST Query must be sent ASYNC to ensure ctrader doesn't lock up on connection issues.

this is mostly a copy&paste job since all those things are very well documented via existing code already.
should be a 10 minutes job for a good coder.
