Job Description
I need an indicator that reads and plots data from a CSV file that I provide. The difficult part is that the indicator needs to be aware of data that could be missing. Example: if we have an hour of data, and we have our indicator set to a one-minute chart, we should see 60 elements on the chart. On the CSV there could be only 58 elements so that indicator has to fill the gaps with missing data averaging between the two elements that are the closest to the missing element. In other words, if we have "9", "NONE", "11" in the CSV file I require that missing data to become a number that is the average between 9 and 10.
