SEO Technical

We’re looking for a Technical SEO Specialist who has a deep understanding of search engine mechanics, web performance, and site architecture. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our websites are optimized for maximum crawlability, indexation, and performance, driving organic traffic growth through technical excellence and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical site audits to identify issues affecting crawlability, indexation, site speed, and ranking performance.
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement on-page and technical SEO improvements.
• Optimize site architecture, URL structures, internal linking, and canonicalization strategies.
• Monitor and enhance Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and overall page performance.
• Manage and improve XML sitemaps, robots.txt, hreflang, and structured data (Schema.org).
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.
• Analyze and report on SEO metrics (organic visibility, indexation rate, crawl budget, etc.) using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Semrush.
• Support international SEO efforts and ensure proper language and regional tagging.
• Troubleshoot indexing errors, duplicate content, and canonical issues.
• Partner with the web development team to ensure SEO-friendly code and website migrations (domain changes, CMS migrations, etc.) run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO for medium to large websites.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO.
• Experience using SEO analysis tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, etc.).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.) and technical SEO best practices for each. hollow knight
• Working knowledge of web performance optimization and structured data markup.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities — able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
