Backtesting Simulate Withdrawal

As withdrawing funds is part of the lifecycle of the bot, I'd like to see the ability to do this in code.  Good for backtest.

And as another idea, what could be really cool would be the ability to withdraw funds from a live account, and place them in some other account location, so that they are not part of the main account and will not be drawn down.

If you do this, I will buy you ice cream - but it might have melted by the time it gets to you :)
