Close all positions and orders on full screen

Hi,

thought I mention it. I really would like to have the option to be able to close all positions and orders on the right side of the toolbar.

This is especially useful when keeping cAlgo interface in full screen without seeing anything else then the chart and the toolbar.

There is plenty of space to insert this function on the right side of the screen, in the toolbar area.

Seeing forward to see it in the toolbar area in the future.
