More Historical Data(Advanced users)

Hi,

As a support and resistance trader one would need more data than currently available in ctrader. You can make this optional and only after ctrader had started. Advanced users then would be able to download/load extra data if they choose to. Else, current data is enough for most. Right now the only way to do it is to scroll left and that takes a while to get to say 3 years prior on a 5m chart.

Data available to be downloaded/loaded should be limited to 1minute and above. Ticks are probably too much. Upon opening of ctrader these will have to be loaded again because we don't want ctrader to have a high loading time for all but for advanced users they can choose so that they would get more historical data.
