Disable optimization timeout.

Currently when optimizing via GA's there is that little orange thing crawling to the finish, often times it gets there long before the ETA expired.

There should be an option to have optimization never timeout.

Exhaustive search is one of the worst cases of GA, so a GA should run at as long if allowed.

It really harms my optimization capability to have to deal with those annoying timeouts, had to go back to R for optimization.
