Simulated feed for cAlgo

Most programmers are busy during weekdays trading. Spotware should make it possible for programmers who wants to work on their code and test it during the weekends when the market is closed. A simulated feed is necessary. This feed does not need to be that accurate because it is just for testing. Other platforms have this ability and so should cAlgo.
