Hi, can anyone explain why my account is locked. a new demo account has been automatically opened and that one is locked while the account I was using is now disabled. I haven’t traded below the drawdown so I don’t know why I am not locked if anyone can help. Thanks

Contact your broker to ask them why your account is locked.
