Finish creating the standard Supertrend Indicator

The standard Supertrend indicator does not allow you to change the line style, it is permanently Dots which is useless.  If you are only going to allow one line style please adopt the solid line.  Better still allow the full range.  It seems a very strange decision to just allow Dots on such an important and valuable indicator.
