Put the '+ Add Instance' back on the desktop Cbots name lines, and make that whole tab have expandable width like the Parameters tab

…and add a popup-when-hover text to say ‘Add Instance’ and while we're there, also add a popup to say what the strange ‘square with curly arrow’ icon is for (it goes to an ‘Export Algorithm’ dialog box, but currently (5.0.46) you wouldn't know without having clicked it). 

Also, ever since the 3-dot icon disappeared, one wouldn't know that those options are still there by right-clicking (the options for start cbot, build, export, public settings etc), so maybe that icon should come back too (since being able to expand the whole tab horizontally would give room for long names and the 3 icons (or 4 with the cloudy one for ‘this cBot is only available locally because it requires full access rights’ - maybe there are other option ones that might appear too?). 

Why does Export get special treatment, i.e. an icon, whereas the others are hidden behind having to right-click, and start instance gets even heavier OTT treatment with its own + line (which, BTW, isn't obviously more associated with the cBot above it than the one below it, once you've scrolled down a bit there's nothing to show the + is for the above not the below cBot).
