Clean up the Forum.

I'm really loving cTrader but this forum is absolutely HORRIBLE for a new user!!!  

Firstly the forum is full of this type of spam.

This coding is quite long, but those who have time to study it can easily get out of it, I don't have any time these days :(  basketball legends

It's not new.  A lot of it is YEARS old and has never been moderated. 

Next the Algorithms section is full of RUBBISH that with nothing but empty code and links to web sites that no longer exist.  A lot of the code that is available is complete junk or reposts of the same thing.  

It's VERY frustrating for new users coming from a different platform because you have to filter out all the useless rubbish first.

Searching and filtering is awful and almost non existent.
