UI bug: horizontal scrolling with the mouse wheel in cAlgo and cTrader works in the opposite direction

In both cTrader and cAlgo, when you use the mouse wheel to scroll the current chart (candlestick etc.), scrolling down causes the history to go back in time, or to the left. The standard in Windows is that when you scroll the mouse wheel down, the content moves right. You can check this behavior in any standard application such as Notepad.

The current behavior is highly unintuitive and drives me crazy, can't use my mouse to the move through history.
