Pending orders: Max. allowable spread as an input parameter / condition

Hello,

Please add a parameter to the pending orders that will define the max. allowable spread as a condition for an order to be filled in.

Note that there is no workaround for a trader to protect against sudden change in spread when it comes to pending orders.
However, such protection can be achieved if checked (on the spot) by the server whenever provided as an input condition.

No need to say that this is a quite necessary/major risk management feature.
