[Suggestion 9][Hide Username and Join Date Row for Topic Owners]

Hi,

It would be useful if the row containing the username and join date information (the <div class="row mb-3">) were hidden for users when viewing their own posts. 

This information is already available in the user's profile, so displaying it in every topic they create might be redundant. 

Instead, the row remains visible to other users who view those topics.

What do you think about this suggestion ?
