[Suggestion 1][Add "Edit" Button for New Topics in "Pended" State]

Hi,

It would be useful for a new topic (thread) to have the 'Edit' button available also in the 'Pended' state (not just after it has been moderated), just like it is for a new reply.

Hi,

I've encountered the same issue (no edit button) with another post.

What do you think about having the “Edit” button available for new topics while they are in the “Pending” state ?

This way, users might want to change something in their posts before they get moderated.
