[Request] Position and Order Modification Enhancements

Please add Async aliases to PendingOrder, Position objects, etc. to update the orders.

Add price and Pip parameter methods to order and position related objects every where. In case there is a overload parameter signature clast they can have different but consistent names. Some only have Pip pricing and not the direct price overloads.
