Add chart to cloud instance

Hello,

I would like to suggest adding a Chart to the cloud instance to interact with the trade so that for the cbots can use chart drawings. To that end, the current charts (layouts, drawings, etc.) in the Trade tab can be synchronized across devices like in CAlgo. The cloud cbot can then run on this live chart similar to local cbot.
