Add a progress bar in the view for each instance

A small detail would be useful - a progress bar for backtests and optimizations on the instance list. When testing multiple bots, this can be a useful feature.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to speed up the historical tests. I'll ask my programmer if there's anything I can do about it. I believe the cTrader team will look into this issue.
