add 2 level of price in crosshair

Hi , 

I hava a suggestion for CrossHair Tools , 

for now , when we click and drag mouse pointer , it just show the price in current position of mouse pointer , 

i think it is good to 

showing first price , in clicked point ( A ), in popup window

and 

showing second price , for price in current position of pointer  ( B )  , in popup window
