C trader compiler issues.

The C trader plattform interface for the C language coding needed for scripts to run algos for bots does not allow compiler statements to be copied.

Wich means you cannot use any external debuggers other than typing errors manually.

This practicly renders C traders as the worst plattforms to make your own indicators.

So please get this issue fixed and make the compiler documentation easy to find update its changes added to list of functions.

Hi mikefox,

For advanced algos, you are encouraged to use external IDEs. We are not planning to delevop yet another .Net IDE.
