Chart on Foreground / Applying Drawings to the Background

For both live trading and studies of historical data it would be nice to have the option to apply drawings to the background behind the price bars.

Edit: See that “Chart on Foreground” would be a better formulation of my suggestion/request. It's the same option that's in the “Common” tab in chart properties in MetaTrader 4/5.
