Desktop App doesn't work

I'm experiencing technical difficulties while using the app. The Charts, candle stick, indicator, zoom, scroll bar aren't updating properly as showing in attached screenshots.

For information, My operating system is windows 11 and network is stable (5G).

Kindly advise a best solution.

Saved template doesn't work

Please report this issue in the correct section of the forum

Furthermore, it is not evident what the issue is from the screenshot. Could you record a video instead?
