Chart antialiasing

I think it would be nice to have antialiasing for the chart, maybe have it as an option.

The lack of antialiasing is a bit annoying when using other platforms like trading view and it makes cTrader look a bit outdated. It's just a visual thing, but at the same time I think it would make some indicator more readable.
