Options to show/hide columns in Market Watch like we have for TradeWatch

I don't use the Bid/Ask columns:

and would like to have them removed to take up less display space.

I'd also like to see, instead of Bid/Ask, the actual spread in pips.

And it would be super easy to add those display options to the market watch settings screen:

@Spotware, you give us the option to turn on/off the daily change, but how come none of the other columns?!

Literally it's two text labels & two checkboxes someone has to add to the UI.

Or three if you'd be good enough to include a "Spread" in pips option as well to be able to turn on/off. ;-)
