Alerts list pop up box stop snapping to centre

Hi, is it possible to remove the auto snap to centre on the alerts list when you have this box already open, when adding  additional alerts to the chart for day trading, the box keeps snapping back to the centre of the screen even when moved out of the way. 

When you right click to add an alert, the new alert pop up box appears. 

Image 1 shows if the user moved the box into a convenient place on the screen not covering the candles:
