Strategies appear in the search even without open operations

Strategies must appear in searches even when there are no open trades. 
There is no way to have open operations all the time. 
Gotta review this please!!!
what should be analyzed from it should be only the operator has been operating frequently.

Operating frequently?

Are you of the opinion that a rule to open/close a position each 24h should apply?
