Do not show Alert List by default, after creating a new alert.

Do not show Alert List by default, after creating a new alert.

Every time a new alert is created by clicking the button Create Alert, a list with all active alerts is being shown. There's no real purpose to show that list every time.  Make a separate button to show that list. Thanks.
