Spotware really needs to implement a feedback form in all cTrader applications, and giving users the possibility to submit screenshots, recordings, system information, log files, etc, directly to Spotware.
This is both convenient for us and for Spotware. Especially for Spotware, because it will definitely make things easier for Spotware in finding bugs, errors, etc, and to solve it. All major and modern companies are having this. Why Spotware doesn't have this yet?
It just simply doesn't work to ask people to post it on the forums or in Telegram. A lot of people are not going to make an account or to engage only for doing this. That comes with the huge disadvantage, yes, of still having a lot of bugs and errors. It definitely has to, because there are a lot of bugs and errors that still has to be fixed.
Additionally, now Panagiotis left, Spotware is currently really bad in communicating to and with users right now. There is no e-mail support, live chat, etc, and Spotware isn't responding thoroughly on forums and Telegram. This has to be different!
