multiply the provider's lot size :D

hello. please let us multiply the provider's lot size (just like ZuluTrade)

for example. 100% is default. meaning for every 1 lot the provider opens, my account opens one lot

150% means for each 1 lot, my account opens 1.50 lot and so on. thanks !
