2 suggestions :
- please add opening date & time in the statement
- please add closing date in the statement csv format (it shows at on-screen statement but missing in downloaded csv file)

Hi Panagiotis, 

There is no opening / closing DATE in the CSV file as far as I can see.  It would be useful to add this column in the CSV per my earlier suggestion.

Is there any setting that I missed in my account that made the opening time is missing in my on-screen and csv statement ?  Please see below :
