Crosshair Second Cross

Using Crosshair is frustrating. After left Click&Hold the cross stays at the postion and the cursor moves on to a desired position.
The cursor then has no cross so it is very difficult to position it exactly where you want it to be.
Simple solution:
After Left Click&Hold subdue the initial cross a little and make a new cross that aligns with the cursor.
