Optmization - Select / Unselect All cBot Parameters

When you have lots of parameters to optimise you can only do a limited number at a time (due to the time it takes your computer to run lots of passes) so you have to de-select all of the others.

It would be fantastic if you could add "Select All" and "De-select All" buttons (e.g. the same buttons that you already have when selecting moving averages for optimisation as a cBot parameter) so you don't have to uncheck (or check) lots of boxes when you are optimising.
