cBot start all / start all of instance / stop all of instance

cBot start all / start all of instance / stop all of instance

I think it would be a great usability enhancement to cTrader Automate, if we can start / stop ALL instances of a cBot with only two clicks.

Other than the "Stop all" button at the top, this function should be in the three dot " hamburger" menu of a cBot and should need additional confirmation (like Delete).

If you ever tested and worked with cBots and a lot of pairs, you know that stopping and starting all instances one by one is PITA.
