Method to get all user drawn object types across charts

In a nutshell, I'm writing a serious of robots and indicators that operate over varying charts and timeframes. I would like get user drawn objects for each chart, i.e. horizontal lines to indicate a SR zone, and use the price of that line.

One problem I can see with this is that cTrader seems to store user drawn objects within a single chart instance. If I open another copy of the chart even with the same timeframe I won't see the user drawn objects. This seems odd, so may be tied up in another enhancement request?
