A few months ago I started a thread that changing the email address on the cTrader website would not work. The newly entered email address is always reset. It is a pity that the problem has not yet been resolved.

As soon as I try to change my email address, I get the information that a confirmation email has been sent to me, but I don't get it.

Can you please provide more information about this? Which thread are you referring to and to which email address are you trying to send a confirmation email? Did you check your spam folder?
