Provide a "Pause" and function for ctrader copy function

This request is to create a "Pause" function which allows a subscriber to pause his copying of trades eg during major news and able to resume again without losing his subscription due to over limit of 300 live and 300 demo accounts for copying. The "pause" may have a limit eg 5days and subscriber may also be limited to how many times per month (as in month of subscription in the strategy) to pause, eg, max limit 3x to pause. During pausing, open trades are immediately closed out (thus a need to limit the number of pauses allowed per subscription month), and any fees accured is then calculated and credit into provider's account.

Subscriber can used same function "restart copy" to restart the subscription. Pause is different from stop copying as it will not "cancel" subscriber for that strategy, especially for over popular strategy, it will retain his/her subscription unlike stop copying. Both function the same, open trades are closed out and fees are calculated towards provider
