[Best Practice] Event args should inherit from EventArgs

[Best Practice] Event args should inherit from EventArgs

Hello guys, 

I won't post here why it is considered as a best practice, but unless you did not inherited your classes from EventArgs on purpose, I think it might be great to do so.
If you decide not to inherit from EventArgs, could you please tell me why ? I'm curious about the reasons (for my personal curiosity).
